Andy Murray No. 2 World ATP After Rogers Cup Montreal Win

Andy Murray reaches a new career-high of No. 2 in the 2009 ATP Rankings, after a win at the Rogers Cup in Montreal.

No player other than Roger Federer or Rafael Nadal has been ranked No. 2 since Australian Lleyton Hewitt on July 18th, 2005.

Andy Murray is the highest ranked British player in ATP history.
